We went back to Wellwood Orchards a couple weeks ago to go apple picking and pet the animals. The day was glorious, peak fall colors, and a beautiful view of Mt. Ascutney. Despite the fact that we now have a gazillion apples we don’t have the time to bake with, it was worth the trip.

Hey, I’m at home sick so I can’t find your email right now. That book that I read was called Mother’s Milk. I got it by interlibrary loan & read it last spring. I’m sure there are others that might be better but I found it really interesting anyway. Hope that you are well- thanks for your advice & comments!
